Cookie Dough & Secret Sauce

I remember watching my mother baking as a small child, aching for her to finally finish so I could get my hands on the mixing bowl.

There’s nothing quite like indulging in the leftover cookie dough!

This recipe is vegan and free from gluten, processed sugar and fructose. So indulge away, guilt free!


1 cup coconut flour * see note

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup soy milk

1/2 cup rice malt syrup

1/2 cup vegan butter

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1/2 cup vegan chocolate buttons or chocolate chunks

*Note: You can use plain flour but you’ll need to add less of the liquid ingredients or it’ll be too wet. Start with 1/4 of each wet ingredient and add more as you need.


1. Melt the butter and add all ingredients together except chocolate. Mix it all together.

2. Add in the chocolate. And enjoy!

Salted peanut butter caramel sauce

Now for my secret sauce… 3 ingredient peanut butter caramel sauce!


1/2 cup rice malt syrup

1 Tbs peanut butter

Pinch of salt

Method: Mix it all together and taaadddaaaa you’ve got salted peanut butter caramel sauce.

The more peanut butter you add, the thicker it gets.
